– This particular twist of the yarn gives a high-quality fabric that is firm and strong, but also supple.
– This classic Oxford shirt was thoroughly researched and the pattern was created from scratch.
– The shoulder and chest widths were kept the same, but the waist was slightly reduced, and the balance of the pattern and the shape of the parts were changed.
– The size remains the same, but the silhouette has been updated for a more relaxed, modern look.
– The shape of the collar, sleeves, hem, as well as the cuff width, placket width, yoke height, stitch width, etc. were all tailored to a relaxed fit.
– A special gusset has been added to the hem for added strength.
– The sewing process from the sides to the sleeves has been changed to use fold-over stitch and main stitch machines, which are used for tailoring high-end shirts that are comfortable against the skin.
– The buttons have been updated through repeated trial and error to a dull glossy finish that is comfortable to the fingertips and easy to open and close, and thorough attention has been given to their shape and thickness.
